Job Description
We are looking for a TELECALLER in Dtricho Hair & Skin Clinic at RS Puram, Coimbatore.
:
Qualification : Any degree
Experience : 6 months to 1 year preferred. Freshers can also apply. Immediate joiner preferred
Job type : Full time
Salary : 15000 to 18000 per month
Gender : Female
Schedule : Day shift
Responsibilities :
• Responsible to handle all inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking for hair and skin treatment services and explains facility's approach to their conditions
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
• Verify and update patients information in the database and keep following until their arrival
• Fluent communication skills in English & Tamil and knowing additional language is an advantage
• Basic computer skills
Location : Coimbatore

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
