Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to engage with prospects and convert inquiries into positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company's products or services.
Generate leads.
Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
Provide information regarding products, services, and offers to customers.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and customer.
Handle customer objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry trends.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer interaction.
