Job Title: TELECALLERAbout the CompanyWe are an Aviation Training Industry company located in Surat, India. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated TELECALLER to join our team and reach out to potential clients.Responsibilities:
- Study and stay updated with the offerings of the company.
- Create and maintain a database of contacts.
- Contact active and potential clients to encourage purchases.
- Address clients" concerns and suggestions in a timely manner.
- Record important details of each conversation.
- Communicate client acceptances of offers to sales team for further process.
- Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attend team meetings to discuss progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conduct oneself with respect and professionalism at all times, regardless of others" dispositions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales or similar field (preferably in an education industry).
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Ability to adapt communication style as per the client"s preference.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
