Job Title: TELECALLER About The Company We are an Aviation Training Industry company located in Surat, India. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated TELECALLER to join our team and reach out to potential clients. Responsibilities Study and stay updated with the offerings of the company. Create and maintain a database of contacts. Contact active and potential clients to encourage purchases. Address clients\' concerns and suggestions in a timely manner. Record important details of each conversation. Communicate client acceptances of offers to sales team for further process. Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales. Attend team meetings to discuss progress and performance-related expectations. Conduct oneself with respect and professionalism at all times, regardless of others\' dispositions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of experience in telesales or similar field (preferably in an education industry). Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred. Computer literate. Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences. Excellent verbal communication. Ability to adapt communication style as per the client\'s preference. Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills. Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it. Location & Salary: The position is located in Surat (Vesu) and the salary range is between 15k-25k per month.
