Job Overview:

Engeotech Aqua Engineer Pvt. Ltd. is looking a motivated and enthusiastic female Tele caller to join our team focused on wastewater treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
• Provide information about our wastewater treatment services and solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
