Responsibilities
• Outbound calling to potential clients based on provided leads
• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and decision-making authority
• Clearly articulate product offerings and company value proposition
• Schedule appointments between potential clients and sales team via video calls or in-person meetings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM tool
• Collaborate effectively with the sourcing and sales teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly
Requirements
• 6 months + of experience in Telecalling or related sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM tools
• Any undergraduate degree
• Knowledge of Extra languages is a plus

• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
