Role & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers to gather feedback and understand their needs
• Provide students with information about our products and services
• Support the lead generation process by identifying and qualifying potential leads
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Work closely with the customer service and sales teams
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets
