Position Overview: As a Female Telecaller in our IT department, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our technology products and services, generating leads, and assisting with customer queries. You will play a key role in promoting our IT solutions, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to promote and explain our IT products and services, including software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT consulting, etc.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through telecalling efforts. Capture leads, schedule meetings, and provide follow-up information to the sales team.
• Customer Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls, listen to customer inquiries, and provide detailed information about our IT services and solutions.
• Product Promotion: Actively promote our IT solutions, highlighting the benefits and features to engage potential customers and generate interest.
• Client Support: Provide assistance to existing clients by addressing their concerns, offering technical assistance, and guiding them through any queries related to our products.
• Data Entry & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update the CRM system with details about leads, sales activities, and client feedback.
• Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, answer any remaining questions, and move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Sales Assistance: Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and provide them with necessary information to close sales effectively.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers on their experience with our products and services, providing insights to improve offerings.
• Meeting Targets: Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
