Shift: Night, 7.30 p.m. - 4.30 a.m.

Roles and responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls for B2B Website and Digital Marketing sales.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Persuade clients to invest in company projects.

Maintain up-to-date service knowledge and provide accurate information.

Ensure client satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships, upselling

Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
