Job Summary:
We are seeking proactive and motivated Sales Lead Generators and Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a knack for engaging with potential clients, and the ability to generate leads. This role requires a driven individual who thrives on achieving targets and building customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services and generate leads.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective customers, keeping records up-to-date.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and qualify prospects.
• Engage in consultative selling by identifying client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, pricing, and services.
• Collect feedback from potential clients to help improve product offerings and customer outreach.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage potential clients and develop positive relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
