Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and clients to promote H2KInfosys's online training programs and IT services. You will engage with prospects, understand their educational or project needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Your goal will be to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and support the growth of H2KInfosys's training and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound sales calls to potential students and corporate clients to promote H2KInfosys's IT training and consulting services.
• Handle inbound inquiries from prospects, providing detailed information about available courses, training schedules, and services.
• Understand the individual needs of potential students and recommend suitable training programs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, including student enrollments and corporate client acquisitions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and ongoing communication.
• Keep accurate records of all sales interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing and training departments to stay updated on new programs, promotions, and industry trends.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Assist with the enrollment process, including payment and scheduling, to ensure a smooth experience for the student.
• Provide post-sales support, guiding students through course access and answering initial questions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the education or IT services industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand H2KInfosys's range of IT courses and services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and the ability to maintain accurate sales records.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing market demands.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the education or IT training sector.
• Understanding of technical courses, certifications, and IT career pathways.
• Knowledge of current industry trends in software development, QA testing, data science, cloud computing, etc.
