Telecaller Sales Executive
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls from prospective and current clients regarding our recording studio services.
• Providing information about our studio facilities, equipment, and pricing packages.
• Addressing client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Following up with clients via phone or email to ensure their needs are met.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM software.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to promote studio services and achieve sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?15,000.65 per month
