We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller - Sales Executive to join our team. The role is focused on engaging with potential and existing customers through phone calls, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales. This position is primarily office-based, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls:
• Respond to customer inquiries and calls regarding our products/services.
• Make outbound calls to potential leads generated from marketing campaigns, databases, or customer referrals.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Understand customer needs and present the appropriate product/service offering.
• Pitch and sell company products/services to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to close deals.
• Maintain an accurate and updated customer database.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and offering solutions promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on company offerings, features, and benefits to present accurate information to customers.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
