: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated female Telecaller/Sales Executive to join our team at Moh Ke Dhaage . The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and promoting our women's ethnic wear collections. The role involves engaging with potential customers, following up on leads, and assisting in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make and receive calls to customers.
• Inform customers about our latest collections and offers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales.
• Comfortable with telecalling and customer service.
