Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our digital marketing services.
• Explain the benefits of services like SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, and Website Development.
• Generate leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
• Achieve monthly targets for sales and client acquisition.
• Maintain an updated database of contacts and leads.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on queries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, sales representative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
