• Key Responsibilities:
• Inbound and Outbound Calls:
• Handle incoming calls from customers or clients to address their inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers for sales, follow-ups, or feedback.
• Customer Engagement:
• Provide detailed information about products, services, or campaigns.
• Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Accurately log details of conversations, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on calls, inquiries, and outcomes.
• Relationship Building:
• Develop positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
• Upsell or cross-sell services/products where applicable.
• Feedback and Improvements:
• Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the management team.
• Proactively suggest process improvements based on customer interactions.
