Generating sales leads and passing the lead to the sales team

Resolving customer queries

Maintaining contract renewal records

Managing customer relationships

Managing client feedback and comments

Communicating client requirements to the operations department

Qualification:

Excellent command our English

? Excel and system knowledge

? Good communication skills

? Take initiative when required

? Able to display control over activities
