Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Address customer queries in a professional manner and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals.
Provide feedback to the team about customer requirements and market trends.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
