Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team at Alea IT Solutions in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with clients to promote our services and address their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

outbound and inbound calls

to promote services and resolve customer queries. Build and maintain

strong client relationships

through effective communication. Provide

detailed service information

and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team. Maintain and update the

client database

with accurate and relevant information. Gather and report

customer feedback

to improve service offerings and address concerns.

Requirements:

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred). Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

(additional languages are a plus). Proficiency in

MS Office

and CRM tools. Persuasive, resilient, and target-oriented approach. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
