We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Cityvibes . As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our brand and products through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads, converting them into potential customers.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases with details and feedback from calls.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Record call outcomes and update CRM systems with customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.
