Telecaller
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information.
• Manage leads and track them through the sales pipeline.
• Record data entries and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in telecalling or sales.
• Proficiency in using CRM.
• Strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes.
