Job Title: Telecaller

: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of promoting our products/services and generating sales leads. You will be the first point of contact for many customers and will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
• Introduce our products/services to potential clients and provide information about their features and benefits.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing leads.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

Salary- 12000-15000

Location- Maid in Jaipur, Vidhyadhar Nagar

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
