Roles and Responsibilities:
Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive phone calls.
Client Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients to ensure ongoing engagement.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and update client information in the CRM system.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and provide information about our services.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services and customer satisfaction.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly calls and conversion targets.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
