Job Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and provide information.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
• Update customer information in the database accurately and promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
