About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team in Patna. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing detailed information about our real estate offerings, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a solid understanding of real estate market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and properties.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties, pricing, and financing options.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs and preferences and determine their suitability for our offerings.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients to confirm attendance.
• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date database of all calls, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Address client queries and concerns professionally, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
• Stay updated on market trends, property features, and competitive landscape to provide relevant information to clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telecalling or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
