The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide relevant information about our products/services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads to achieve sales targets.
Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and call records accurately.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.Requirements:Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
Education: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in any field is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive demeanor.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in using MS Office and basic computer applications.
Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
