• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers or existing clients.

Process Co-ordinator:-
• Coordinate and oversee specific processes within the organization, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team members involved in the process, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular process audits to identify deviations and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Monitor and manage process-related risks and issues, escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
• Prepare reports and presentations on process performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
