Job Summary

We are seeking a Caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to customers for various purposes, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to customers using provided scripts Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner Analyse customer responses and feedback Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Uphold phone etiquette standards during all interactions Utilise multilingual skills, including Spanish and English, to cater to diverse customer needs Demonstrate upselling techniques when appropriate

Requirements

Proficiency in English Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers Ability to analyse customer responses and adjust communication strategies accordingly Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is advantageous

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
