Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide them with details about our services. Handle incoming queries from clients and resolve their concerns with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the database. Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and meet targets. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Good organizational skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus. Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn and grow.
