Telecaller
Job Description
• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive selling techniques.
• Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products/services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and address their concerns or objections.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
