Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Assisting customers with product/service information and troubleshooting.

Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude while engaging with customers.

Striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
