We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Telecaller (Outbound) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality. The primary responsibility will be to handle outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and engage them in conversation.
• Provide information about our products and services and answer any questions or concerns the clients may have.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred for this role.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to make cold calls and convince potential clients to schedule meetings.
