Job Title: Telecaller

Job Overview:
We're looking for a friendly and motivated Telecaller to join our team. Your main job will be to call potential customers, share information about our products or services, and answer any questions they may have. The goal is to help generate leads, boost sales, and ensure customers have a good experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Make calls to potential customers and tell them about our products/services.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Keep track of customer details in our system.
• Follow up on leads and turn inquiries into sales or appointments.
• Meet targets set by the company.
• Help resolve any customer issues.
Skills & Requirements:
• Education: Should have completed graduation in any field or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1year experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus.
• You should have good communication and listening skills.
• You should be comfortable working towards targets.
• You should know basic computer skills.
• Speaking more than one language is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
