Job Description

A Telecaller handles outbound and inbound calls, provides information about products or services, takes customer orders, and maintains customer records. The role involves building positive customer relationships to enhance their experience and support sales objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to purchase.
• Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills to manage customer records and data.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the language(s) required for the job (e.g., English, Hindi).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
