Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, provide information about our products and services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products/services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their inquiries.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Record customer information and interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into potential sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
