Position Title:

As a Tale caller, your primary responsibility is to engage with prospective clients over the phone, effectively communicating our company's products or services. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into customers through persuasive conversations. You should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle objections tactfully. A strong understanding of our offerings and the ability to tailor pitches to the needs of different clients is essential. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets while maintaining a positive brand image..

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using our provided scripts, speaking fluently in Hindi and English.
• Introduce our products or services to prospects, emphasizing their benefits and unique selling points in both languages.
• Qualify leads and set up appointments or demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals, conversing proficiently in Hindi and English.
• Build rapport with prospects and overcome objections to close sales, leveraging your bilingual skills.
• Document interactions and update customer information in the CRM system accurately in both languages.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to persuade and influence others effectively in both languages.
• Persistent and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using them to manage leads.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory for effective communication with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
