We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our client base across various sectors such as corporate, government, schools, colleges, hotels, resorts, and event spaces.
Position Overview:
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and helping close deals for the company's event management services. This role is ideal for an energetic, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The Telesales Executive will help expand the company's customer base by identifying prospects and converting them into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from various sectors (corporate, government, education, hospitality, etc.) to promote the company's event management services.
• Conduct cold calling, follow-up calls, and generate interest in the services provided by Pulse Entertainment and Events.
• Lead Generation & Qualification:
• Identify and qualify new leads by gathering relevant information about potential clients and their event management needs.
• Document and maintain a detailed database of leads and contacts.
• Product/Service Promotion:
• Promote the company's range of event management services (corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, etc.) to potential clients.
• Understand the client's needs and pitch customized solutions to help them achieve their event goals.
• Sales Support:
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales/BD team with interested leads and clients.
• Provide basic information and pre-sales support, answering client inquiries over the phone.
• Follow-up & Relationship Building:
• Follow up on leads and opportunities through calls and emails.
• Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and establishing trust for repeat business.
• Achieving Sales Targets:
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by converting leads into business.
• Consistently track progress against targets and ensure that daily/weekly goals are achieved.
• CRM and Reporting:
• Maintain up-to-date records of calls, leads, client information, and sales progress using CRM software.
• Provide regular sales activity reports and performance updates to the Sales/BD Manager.
• Customer Feedback:
• Collect feedback from clients during the sales process to ensure the company's services align with client expectations.
• Assist in gathering testimonials and feedback for improving services and future client interactions.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
• Lead Generation & Conversion:
• Target: Generate a set number of qualified leads per week and convert a percentage into actual sales.
• Goal: Convert at least 20% of generated leads into sales contracts.
• Sales Targets:
• Target: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Goal: Achieve a target sales value of X amount per month/quarter (depending on company targets).
• Client Relationships & Follow-ups:
• Target: Ensure effective follow-ups with all leads and prospects.
• Goal: Maintain a high level of client engagement and increase conversion rates through regular communication.
• CRM & Data Management:
• Target: Keep client data and sales records up-to-date in CRM systems.
• Goal: Ensure 100% accuracy in the CRM data, ensuring no lost opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Lead Generation:
• Target: Generate a set number of leads per week.
• Measurement: Number of leads generated.
• Goal: Generate 30+ qualified leads weekly.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Target: Achieve set sales revenue targets.
• Measurement: Revenue generated from closed deals.
• Goal: Achieve at least 80% of the monthly sales target.
• Lead-to-Conversion Rate:
• Target: Convert leads to clients at a high rate.
• Measurement: Percentage of leads converted to clients.
• Goal: Maintain a conversion rate of 20% or higher.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Target: Ensure positive client feedback and relationship-building.
• Measurement: Feedback score from clients.
• Goal: Ensure 90% or higher customer satisfaction based on post-sale feedback.
Qualifications:
• Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or telemarketing, preferably in event management, hospitality, or related industries.
• Previous experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, telesales processes, and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
