Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tellecaller to join our team at Chaurasiya Trade & Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our tyre products and services, and addressing customer inquiries professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and offers.
• Explain product details, pricing, and services to clients.

Inbound Support:

• Handle incoming customer queries and provide accurate solutions or escalate issues to relevant departments.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong customer relationships by following up on leads and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collect feedback and work towards enhancing the customer experience.

Sales Coordination:

• Support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads over calls.
• Schedule appointments for field representatives, if needed.

Record Management:

• Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the Vyapar ERP system or other CRM tools.
• Update and maintain a detailed database of customers and leads.

Computer Proficiency:

• Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and CRM tools for data entry, reporting, and record management.
• Efficiently work with Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides for data collaboration and presentation purposes.
• Familiarity with email handling, online research, and using cloud-based tools for day-to-day tasks.
• Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring smooth communication across platforms.
• Operate software like Vyapar ERP and Tally Prime for documentation and coordination.

Upselling & Cross-Selling:

• Promote additional products and services to existing customers where applicable.

RequirementsEducation:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).
• Polite, persuasive, and patient telephone etiquette.
• Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement capabilities.
