Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our loan collection team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting delinquent borrowers to recover overdue payments on loans. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Initiate phone calls to borrowers with overdue loans to discuss payment statuses and resolve outstanding balances.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with borrowers to understand their financial situation, address concerns, and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, including call outcomes and payment agreements, in the company's CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on payment arrangements to ensure compliance and timely resolution of overdue accounts.
• Documentation: Prepare and send formal communication, such as reminders and collection notices, to borrowers as necessary.
• Compliance: Adhere to legal and company policies regarding loan collection practices and ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations.
• Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and other relevant metrics to management.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing borrower queries and resolving issues professionally and effectively.
