We are looking for telecalling / telesales professionals for a real estate or Insurance background company in Mumbai who is highly motivated, well-spoken person who has tremendous phone skills and has the ability to close deals with ease. You will be working a majority of your time on the computer and phone making cold calls, taking inbound and making outbound lead calls and promoting our product and services, and achiveving sales target. We need someone who is able to convert calls and leads into qualified appointments and closed deals.

Job Purpose

- We are looking for an Telecalling/Telesales professional to contribute in generating sales for company

- The person will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

-Understand customer needs, answer there question and provide relevant information about our product and services.

-Maintain high level of product knowledge stay updated on industy trends.

-Report to sales manager on daily basis with updates on sales progress

-Manage leads and stay organized using our internal CRM, Follow Up Boss including adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into database

- Chase deals with fervor until they are either closed, dead or turned into qualified appointments

- Effective telesales executive who is an excellent communicator. They must be comfortable presenting property over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about services.

- Answer questions about property or the company.

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

- Enter and update customer information in the database (CRM).

-Handle objection and resolve customer concern in professional and respectful manner

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

-Ability to set and close appointments over the phone

Requirements:

- Proven experience as telecalling/telesales executive

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

- Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them

- Excellent English, Hindi & Marathi (knowing multiple language can be an added advantage)

- Communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational, follow up and time management skills

-Selling and negotiation skills

Technical Expertise:

Education: 12th and above.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 year experience in BPO / Insurance, Estate, Marketing calling experience.

Days and Time: 6 Days a week (10.00am - 7.00pm)
