Job Description
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the agriculture or farming sector.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to effectively promote products and close sales.
• Familiarity with agriculture equipment and technology is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales leads.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
