Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, promoting our properties, and building relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inquiries, and providing information about our real estate offerings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate projects and services.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information to interested parties.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
