The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in lead generation, social media management, sales coordination, and team support to drive the organization's growth and success.Key Responsibilities :1. Lead Generation- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.2. Social Media Management- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries on social media platforms.- Maintain an active and engaging presence on social media to generate interest and leads.3. Sales Coordination- Arrange and schedule meetings for the sales team and directors with prospective clients.- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track meeting schedules and outcomes.4. WhatsApp Chatbot Management- Oversee the implementation and management of the WhatsApp chatbot to ensure efficient customer interaction and lead generation.- Monitor chatbot performance and provide necessary updates to improve user experience.5. Sales Team Management- Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.- Provide guidance, support, and training to the sales team as needed.6. Travel and Route Planning- Plan and optimize travel routes for the sales team to maximize efficiency and reduce travel time.7.
