Job Title: Telecaller - Customer Support

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in customer support or Telecalling

Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic Telecallers to join our customer support team. The role involves

handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing solutions

to service-related issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal

candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (any 2 of these languages).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Call Handling:

? Answer inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, complaints, and

requests.

? Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.

2. Outbound Calls:

? Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, feedback collection, and

promotional activities.

? Engage customers proactively to resolve issues and provide updates on

services.

3. Customer Support:

? Provide support for customer issues, resolving them promptly or escalating

when necessary.

? Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

4. Language Proficiency:

? Communicate effectively in the chosen languages (English, Hindi, Telugu) to

cater to a diverse customer base.

Required Skills:

? Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (any 2 of these languages).

? Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

? Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric attitude.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.

? Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is a plus.

Salary: 18000 per month plus incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
