• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for e-scooter sales.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide information about our e-scooter models and services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address queries effectively.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
• Skills:

• Good communication skills (English and/or regional languages).
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
