Job Description

Responsibilities:



Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers. Qualify leads and update CRM records. Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. Maintain detailed call records and provide reports.

Requirements:



Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Previous telecalling experience preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills. Resilience and organization in handling calls.
