Telecaller
Job Description
• We are seeking a female Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to generate leads, promote our products/services, and maintain strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to leverage their communication skills and experience in a dynamic work environment.
• Sales Conversion: Engage with potential customers and close sales by offering product/service details, answering queries, and handling objections.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products/services and industry trends to provide informed and relevant responses to customer inquiries.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales, lead generation, or customer service goals.
• Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address additional questions or concerns.
