Telecaller Duties:
• Lead Generation:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote services and gather leads.
• Identify and qualify prospects based on company criteria.
• Client Interaction:
• Handle inbound queries and provide detailed information about services.
• Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients and follow up on leads.
• Database Management:
• Update and manage CRM tools or lead sheets with accurate client information and call records.
• Feedback Collection:
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
• Address complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Documentation & Filing:
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and other documents.
• Organize files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and security.
• Scheduling & Coordination:
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or calls for management or sales teams.
• Coordinate team calendars and handle logistics for office operations.
• Inventory & Supplies:
• Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Ensure all necessary equipment is functioning properly.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation and other assigned metrics.
• Support to Management:
• Assist in event or project coordination as needed.
• Manage general office upkeep and correspondence.
