We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products and services, answering queries, and assisting with customer service needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products/services, promote sales, and gather information.
• Customer Support: Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and convert them into sales by providing relevant information and addressing concerns.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or call quotas.
• Database Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system accurately.
• Follow-Up: Make follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and track leads.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service details and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Reporting: Report customer feedback, challenges, and opportunities to the relevant team members or management.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and effectiveness in all communications.
