What You'll Do:

• Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to share information about our products or services and help generate new leads.
• Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls, provide helpful information, and resolve any queries our customers might have.
• Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential leads, setting the stage for our sales team to follow up.
• Support Customers: Offer excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Record Information: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our system.
• Deliver Sales Pitches: Engage with potential customers through effective and friendly sales pitches.
• Follow Up: Stay in touch with leads and customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Meet Targets: Aim to achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
• Report Progress: Share regular updates on your call metrics, customer feedback, and campaign results with the team.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is great, but not required.
• Skills:
• Friendly and engaging communication style.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Resilience and a positive attitude, even when facing rejection.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
